In 2018, Juice Lab found that consumers were shifting more to healthy eating habits and consumption of more natural products; individuals were adopting more of a healthy living lifestyle, which encompasses exercise, diet and work/life balance; obesity concerns exploding myths about sugar and that due to busy lifestyles of the modern-day life - formal mealtimes were being replaced by “on the go” convenience.

In 2020, consumers lives and livelihoods have further been challenged and threatened by the global pandemic, which has caused a further shift in consumer’s focus on health and wellness.
